All accounts (Google Maps, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Website, or any digital platform) remain the property and responsibility of the customer. The company only manages and optimizes accounts but does not own them.
2. Platform Policies & Suspension +
Every platform (Google, Meta, etc.) can approve, reject, or suspend accounts based on their automated systems and policies.
Suspension/restriction may happen due to (but not limited to):
- Outdated or incorrect information already stored in the system,
- New details provided by the customer failing automated review,
- Duplicate listings or guideline violations.
The company has no control over these suspensions or restrictions.

3. Client-Initiated Changes +
If the client makes changes to the account, website, ads, or any details that violate platform guidelines, then the consequences (suspension, rejection, penalties, or loss of leads) will be the sole responsibility of the client, not the company.
4. Limitation of Liability +
The company’s responsibility is limited only to account management and consultancy.
If:
- The account is suspended,
- Ads are rejected,
- Verification is delayed,
- Leads are not generated,
the company will not be legally responsible, as these are controlled by the system/platform, not the company.

5. No Guarantee Clause +
The company does not guarantee any specific results, such as:
- The account will always remain active,
- Every ad will always be approved,
- A fixed or minimum number of leads will always come.

6. Customer Responsibility for Data +
Customers must always provide accurate and genuine information.
If false/incorrect/misleading data leads to account suspension, ad rejection, or no leads, the company will not be responsible.

7. Indemnity +
The customer agrees that if any legal issue, claim, or penalty arises due to their data, edits, or account usage, they alone will be responsible. The customer will indemnify the company against all losses, damages, or legal claims.

The company only provides “management, support, and optimization” services.
We are not liable for automated system actions or manual review decisions by any platform.

9. Suspension & Appeals +
If an account is suspended/restricted, the company will assist the client in submitting appeals, support requests, or emails.
However:
- Only the platform’s support team decides whether the account will be restored or not.
- There is no fixed timeline for the review process.
- The company cannot guarantee restoration or approval.

10. Customer Expectations +
The customer must understand that simply submitting an “appeal/verification form” or sending a support email does not make the account instantly live.
The company can only initiate the process on behalf of the client, but the result and timing depend entirely on the platform.
