1. Nature of Services

We provide professional services in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Maps problem solving, GMB creation & verification, review management, and website development.

Payments charged are generally small service charges, depending on the nature of work. These charges cover consultation, time, effort, documentation (visiting card, bill book, pamphlet), printing, and utility costs (electricity, internet, and other resources used).

Final approval, timeline, or result depends entirely on Google / Meta / other platforms and their changing guidelines.

2. Payment Policy

Payments made are considered service charges for consultation, preparation, and execution.

Once the work has started (document preparation, consultation, or submissions), the payment will be treated as a valid service fee and is generally non-refundable.

Expenses such as printing, hosting, domain, tools, or ad credits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Request (Within 1–3 Days): If a client requests cancellation in writing (WhatsApp/Email) within 1–3 days, and if no major work/expenses have been incurred, a refund may be processed. Refund decisions are reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
  • After Work or Expenses Made: If tasks such as documentation, printing, or submissions are already completed, or expenses are made, then the amount will be treated as service charges and is non-refundable.
  • Platform Dependency: If Google/Meta delays, rejects, or changes their policies, payments will still be valid as charges for consultation, time, and effort, not for guaranteed approval.

4. Completion of Service

Once we have completed consultation, document preparation, or submission, the service will be considered delivered, regardless of the platform’s decision.

5. Timeline Disclaimer

At times, we may inform clients through WhatsApp, Email, or videos (e.g., 7 days, 10 days, or 1 month) as an estimated time frame. These timelines are based on general cases and information available at that time, including Google’s stated timelines.

However, Google/Meta may suddenly change their guidelines or extend timelines. In such cases, delays are beyond our control, and we will not be responsible if the process takes longer than estimated.

6. No Guarantee Disclaimer

  • Approval of Google My Business listings
  • Display of phone numbers on Google Maps
  • Specific ad results or performance
  • Exact timelines for completion

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate, valid, and legal documents/information. Any rejection caused due to incorrect, fake, or incomplete documents will be the client’s responsibility.

8. Communication

All approvals, confirmations, and refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp or Email). Verbal communication will not be considered valid.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by reasons beyond our control, including:

  • Google/Meta policy changes
  • Technical errors or downtime
  • Internet or server issues
  • Any third-party platform restrictions
