2. Nature of Client Engagement
All our services are provided online only. We do not meet clients personally, nor do we verify their business physically. Clients approach us via online channels for digital services or training. We perform basic due diligence, but we are not responsible for full verification of their business activities.
3. Access & Responsibility
- We may create or assist in creating Google Ads accounts, Google Maps listings, or websites for our clients.
- After handover, the client has full access and control over these assets.
- Any modification, misleading content, or misrepresentation done by the client post-handover is solely their responsibility.
- If the client uses these tools to conduct fraud or deceive users, Make In Brands is not responsible in any way, legally or otherwise.
4. Global Accessibility
We provide our services to clients across India and internationally. Users from outside India must comply with their respective country's laws. Any misuse of services across any region is solely the client's liability.
5. Liability Disclaimer
We are a service-based company, not a business partner or stakeholder in any client’s company. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by our clients. Make In Brands will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, fraud, or legal issue arising from how a client uses the digital tools we provide.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, training material, and source code provided by Make In Brands are copyrighted. Unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited.
